What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens with your order, please contact us at administracion@bclabs.es

 I received the wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, send us an email to administracion@bclabs.es within a week from the time of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

Do you return the money?

We only offer money back to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us atadministracion@bclabs.es with photos of your article and we will find a solution.

Can I exchange a product for a different model or color?

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure about sizes, check the product description.
